getutxotransfers Method
Returns UTXO transaction information occurred in the specified time period for the specified address.
This method is provided by the plugin RpcSystemAssetTracker . You need to install the plugin before you can invoke the method.
Parameters

address：The address to view the transaction information
-
asset (optional): asset name, NEO or GAS
-
timestamp (optional)：
-
If start and end timestamps are set, transaction information occurred in the time period are returned.
-
If only one timestamp is set, transaction information occurred after that timestamp is returned.
-
If no timestamp is set, transaction information occurred in the last seven days is returned.
